Serious Fun & Games

RED Serious Fun & Games

If you want to energise your team, stimulate some creative thinking, build alignment or just want to have some serious fun then give me a call.

I custom build each game day to your specific needs,

My most popular activities are listed below but there really isn’t anything that I’d not be willing to, at least, consider.

Over the past few years my events have catered for numbers ranging from 5 to 150 people plus the odd dog or two.

Oh! and I try and grab as many ‘incriminating’ photo’s as I can so you can use for good and not evil when the time is right 😊

Take a look!

Big Picture

The Big Picture team building exercise commences with individuals joining into small teams. Teams collect a range of supplies such as brushes, paint, a diagram outlining their individual canvas and, a blank canvas. These supplies usually need to be ‘won’ via another shorter activity. They then set about as a team to mix paints to create the right colours and paint their canvas.

Soon into the exercise, teams realize that in order for the overall artwork to be successful they need to collaborate with other teams. Once complete, the highlight of The Big Picture is the final reveal where, following a debriefing session, the masterpiece is unveiled to all participants for the first time, which always results in loud cheers and thunderous applause.  Best of all you get to keep the masterpiece and hang on your office wall for all to admire (or not) 😊.

Team Roller-coaster Challenge

The roller-coaster challenge is one of the most stimulating ideas ever. It requires teams to build a structure, using only the force of gravity, to send a ball on a course to victory.

Teams are tasked with building a roller coaster out of wooden canes, pipes and zip ties in order to displace a ball from point A to point B. A minimum length and design brief need to be followed, along which each team builds a section of the track. Later these sections are put together to form a gigantic roller coaster which will act as a circuit to test using the rollers. The ball must use only gravity with no human intervention. Bonus points are awarded for loops, drops and spirals.

Corporate Games

You have just been selected to represent your country at the Olympics and you are now part of Team XXXX. This team building event really gets the competitive juices flowing but physical prowess alone will not win you the Gold Medal.

Across a wide array of activities team will need to strategize as to who is best to represent them for a particular event. Sometime brawn is required but most times its brains and thinking outside the box which prevails. Most importantly, planning and strategic decision making will determine the ultimate Champions!

A ‘live’ scoreboard keeps teams up-to-date with progress and a medal ceremony, march pass and all the fan fare of an Olympic Games is bundled into this highly competitive and fun day.
